One of the most effective tools for reducing workplace injuries and increasing our employees' focus on safety is a Job Safety Analysis (JSA). By having our workforce complete these Safety Analyses, they are actively involved in assessing risk and eliminating potential injury threats.
As a company, our ultimate goal is to reduce injury risk to a level as low as reasonably practicable, and JSA's are a great tool for achieving this goal.
