Comprehensive Medical
Provides eligible employees with a comprehensive medical plan that is part of a nationwide Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
Dental Assistance Plan
Provides eligible employees with a dental plan that is part of a nationwide preferred provider dental network.
Short Term Temporary Disability Plan
Provides eligible full time employees with a Short Term Disability Plan. Covered employees are eligible for disability benefits the first day of a disability due to injury and the eighth day of disability due to sickness or pregnancy.
Retirement Plan
After one year of employment, Barrett begins making contributions to the company's defined contribution retirement plan on each employee's behalf. These contributions are credited to the employee's account, and the vested amount of the participant is payable at retirement, death, disability or upon termination of employment.
Optional 401(k) Savings Plan
A personal account is established for employers to make pre-tax contributions based on a percentage of their compensation. Under the Barrett plan, the company provides matching contributions for participating employees. Accounts are payable at retirement, death, disability, or upon termination of employment.
Health Management Program
Members of Barrett's Company Health Plan have access to Health and Wellness services geared to help employees in the management of their individual health issues. The program is managed by an outside party that provides free, confidential tools and services to help you stay healthy now and in the future.
